The property does have CCTV cameras in the Garage and Front Courtyard There is a beautiful garden for guests to use. Perfect for lazy Sundays or summer nights. Please consider your water usage when in Cape Town we are still using water conservatively. Load-shedding is a government-enforced cut-off of main power to certain areas at scheduled times during the day. We have installed solar panels and a battery at the property which offers power during these scheduled outages to the majority of the house. Additionally we'll provide you with an app that sends notifications of scheduled power outages so you can plan your time around Cape Town accordingly. We do provide enough Electricity for guest stays, a fair usage policy will apply to all reservations. For Stays of 8 nights or longer additional electricity may be for the guests account.
