Bathroom door in the main bedroom is a bit awkward as it has a big gap in it so you have to lock the bedroom door. Security at the building was very helpful and polite.

James and Shamiel are incredible hosts, respond to messages within minutes and directions and instructions to the apartment were clear. My daughter and I had a really good time, the apartment is very central, close to restaurants, shops and beaches and we will definitely be back when in the area again. The place is so amazing and aesthetically pleasing. I had a very good time there with my mother and it’s close to a lot of nice places. Helped us save money because we were walking to almost all the restaurants we went to. It was so clean as well.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Ideal location. Only addition would be to advise clients they can walk along the canal to the waterfront rather than through town as this is how google maps takes you. Also the door stop on the floor by the kitchen door is not ideal. I kicked my toe on it a few times. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Convenient for the centre of Cape Town and very handy to have secure parking, washing machine etc. Friendly security to welcome you. Communication with host was good. Note that a late check in (after 5:30 pm I believe) attracts a small fee. As per the advert lots of steps inside the flat so ensure you take note of that before booking. Overall a nice place to explore Cape Town from.

Plenty of room for our family and the flat had all the amenities we could want or need. The balcony was lovely and big, everything was immaculate when we arrived. Alles hat super geklappt! Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach, der check in problemlos auch schon einige Stunden vor der eigentlichen Check In Zeit möglich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kapstadt, man kann zu Fuß die Waterfront erreichen und es sind auch viele Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung war super. Als einzig negative war, dass es sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Mit dem Ventilator an der Decke konnten wir in der Nacht trotzdem sehr gut schlafen!

James was a pro-active and first class host. I could see the ocean from inside the unit. Location also in walking distance from supermarkets and promenade; and short Uber ride from CITCC and Two Oceans start and from V&A Waterfront.

We had a great stay at James place! The location was premium just a couple of feet away from the best restaurants in town and down the road from the ocean. Of course, this comes with a little bit of street and restaurant noise. The set-up of the apartment is perfect if you are looking for some private space. The communication and responsiveness of the host was amazing too. We had a little issue that was resolved within 24h. Overall, amazing place with great location and super responsive host! Great location close to everything that matters, spacious apartment with stunning views, the right amenities and a nice surprise gift from the hosts that changed the experience from wonderful to memorable: a very nice bottle of local white wine that helped relax after a long flight and drive. This place and the hosts take traveling with style to a whole new level. I will come back sooner than hosts expect!!!

Due to forces outside the owner's control, the water supply was repeatedly cut off, often with little notice. This was due to a nearby leak, which took several days to remedy. We elected to leave the property three days early ( after twice the water stopping whilst we were having a shower), and the owners graciously, and without prompting, refunded our payment for those last three days. This situation is doubtless remedied by now, so this should not put off future guests from booking this pretty little apartment.

Jame's listing was spotless and top quality! The hosting team were also top quality! Very helpful, professional, friendly and super responsive. The place was so quiet in the evenings you could hear a pin drop! The aircon worked really well. It was lovely to park the car out of the sun in a very spacious private garage. The location was so close (short drive) to Franschhoek town with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. We can highly recommend it and we would definitely return.

Firstly, those who manage the check-in process and issues we raised treated us in a professional and hospitable manner. However, upon arriving to the apartment we were met not only by no running water (fixed quickly) but also surrounded on all sides (bar one which has a water/sewage looking process plant) by a full scale building site. Whilst there may be reference at rhe bottom of the description, this should be communicated directly to visitors via message at the time of booking. Other than that, when it was made clear that we had to leave; the team made the process straightforward.

We loved staying here. James communicated brilliantly with me and made me feel confident about the stay. Dorothy welcomed us and made us feel very special. The house is spotless. Absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect. A lovely walk into beautiful Franschhoek. Thankyou for hosting us.
