The place was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, organized and easy to access.  The hosts were proactive and responses were timely.  We were able to walk most places, and on the rainy days, UBER was easily available and very affordable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bathroom door in the main bedroom is a bit awkward as it has a big gap in it so you have to lock the bedroom door. Security at the building was very helpful and polite.

The apartment was exactly as was described, the place was neat and clean, the beds were comfortable and the linen crisp. James and Shamiel are incredible hosts, respond to messages within minutes and directions and instructions to the apartment were clear. My daughter and I had a really good time, the apartment is very central, close to restaurants, shops and beaches and we will definitely be back when in the area again. The place is so amazing and aesthetically pleasing. I had a very good time there with my mother and it’s close to a lot of nice places. Helped us save money because we were walking to almost all the restaurants we went to. It was so clean as well.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Ideal location. Only addition would be to advise clients they can walk along the canal to the waterfront rather than through town as this is how google maps takes you. Also the door stop on the floor by the kitchen door is not ideal. I kicked my toe on it a few times. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Convenient for the centre of Cape Town and very handy to have secure parking, washing machine etc. Friendly security to welcome you. Communication with host was good. Note that a late check in (after 5:30 pm I believe) attracts a small fee. As per the advert lots of steps inside the flat so ensure you take note of that before booking. Overall a nice place to explore Cape Town from.

Plenty of room for our family and the flat had all the amenities we could want or need. The balcony was lovely and big, everything was immaculate when we arrived. Alles hat super geklappt! Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach, der check in problemlos auch schon einige Stunden vor der eigentlichen Check In Zeit möglich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kapstadt, man kann zu Fuß die Waterfront erreichen und es sind auch viele Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung war super. Als einzig negative war, dass es sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Mit dem Ventilator an der Decke konnten wir in der Nacht trotzdem sehr gut schlafen!

James was a pro-active and first class host. I could see the ocean from inside the unit. Location also in walking distance from supermarkets and promenade; and short Uber ride from CITCC and Two Oceans start and from V&A Waterfront.

We had a great stay at James place! The location was premium just a couple of feet away from the best restaurants in town and down the road from the ocean. Of course, this comes with a little bit of street and restaurant noise. The set-up of the apartment is perfect if you are looking for some private space. The communication and responsiveness of the host was amazing too. We had a little issue that was resolved within 24h. Overall, amazing place with great location and super responsive host! Die Unterkunft von James ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sauber und sehr zentral, alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar. Leider nicht sehr flexibel was die Aufbewahrung des Reisegepäcks für ein paar wenige Stunden nach Check out Zeit angeht.

Phenomenal views from upper bedroom and living room area, very close to good restaurants and bars, fast internet and very comfortable beds. Everything worked, no complaints.

The stay was in the perfect location and felt safe. James was quick to communicate and help us with our needs / questions. We had been traveling for a long time and had multiple very large bags so the only thing I would mention is the elevator doesn’t go to the top floor and you’ll have to walk two flights of stairs. I didn’t see that anywhere on the listing so wanted to mention it here. Very easy if you don’t have as much luggage as I did.

Die Unterkunft ist super gut gelegen, das Loft ist augenscheinlich recht ansprechend. Auf den zweiten Blick sieht man, dann deutliche Mängel, große schimmelartige Flecken in den Fenstern, schwarze Schimmelflecke in der Dusche, merkwürdige Rohre aus der Decke in der Dusche, Brandlöcher in dem Sofa und auf Stühlen und eine fehlerhafte Tür. Das Loft ist nicht für geräuschempfindliche Menschen zu empfehlen, das Blechdach macht bei dem kleinsten Wind sehr starke Geräusche. Der Preis rechtfertigt nicht die super Lage, ich habe für eine Woche über 2000€ bezahlt, für das Geld könnte man deutlich bessere Angebote bekommen. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dort wohnen wollen.

The host was cooperative, friendly, and easy to reach. The location is quite good, with bars, restaurants, and the sea all within walking distance. Future guests should be aware that the downstairs bedroom can get very hot, as there is no air conditioning. A fan is provided but may not be sufficient during high temperatures. Cooling the room by opening the window brings noticeable street and bar noise at night. If you enjoy going out and like lively streets, then this accommodation is ideal.

The apartment is modern "loft" style and well equipped. It is located right in the centre of the main shopping/dining area of Sea Point so everywhere is very walkable, but on the 5th floor so a bit detached from the hustle and bustle. Everything very clean, beds were comfortable with very nice linen. It has A/C though we preferred to use natural ventilation. View of Lion's Head from the back balcony, and the sea from the front.
