Newly refurbished studio apartment in trendy Sea Point. This unique apartment opens into its own private garden with outdoor furniture. This apartment was designed and furnished with a lot of love. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to get your Jamie Oliver on. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has a Smart TV. The lounge opens into a large private patio/garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying those hot Cape Town summer days. The property is a short stroll from the Main Road in Sea Point with all the popular restaurants and shops. Just down the road is the beautiful and lively Sea Point Promenade, perfect for an evening stroll along the ocean, enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. The property is equipped with backup power to endure load shedding, ensuring continuous lighting and operation of certain amenities, with the exception of the stove. Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. If you need something fixed, want to book a tour, require an airport transfer or would just like some local tips, please don't hesitate to ask. Sea Point is a vibrant suburb of Cape Town, just outside the city centre between Green Point and Bantry Bay. Sea Point is built around Main Road (of which Regent Rd is an extension), with its many shops (Woolworths, Spar and Checkers), takeaways, restaurants (including the fantastic La Mouette), bars and coffee shops - all within walking distance. Just about everything you need is found in this part of the city. The popular Sea Point promenade runs the length of Sea Point’s beachfront, from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point and is a hub of activity, particularly in the early morning or late afternoons to watch the sun set right next to the crystal waters of the Atlantic Seaboard. A number of children’s parks run alongside the promenade. There is also an outdoor gym and a chlorinated swimming pool at the pavilion. It's a great place for running, leisurely strolls, picnics, people watching and taking in the beauty around you. The City Centre, V&A Waterfront and beautiful Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are all a short drive away. Just 25km from the Cape Town International Airport. Should you not hire a car: Many amenities are within walking distance and taxis or Uber readily service the area. A bus stop for a popular MyCiti bus route is nearby on Regent Rd. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as Hout Bay fishing village. The red open top "Hop-on Hop-off" City Sightseeing bus stops down on the promenade and is a great way to get to know and explore our city and it's surrounds. **IMPORTANT NOTE**: Please note that this property uses electric means to enter the space and is therefore not considered Shabbat friendly.
