Bathroom door in the main bedroom is a bit awkward as it has a big gap in it so you have to lock the bedroom door. Security at the building was very helpful and polite.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Ideal location. Only addition would be to advise clients they can walk along the canal to the waterfront rather than through town as this is how google maps takes you. Also the door stop on the floor by the kitchen door is not ideal. I kicked my toe on it a few times. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Convenient for the centre of Cape Town and very handy to have secure parking, washing machine etc. Friendly security to welcome you. Communication with host was good. Note that a late check in (after 5:30 pm I believe) attracts a small fee. As per the advert lots of steps inside the flat so ensure you take note of that before booking. Overall a nice place to explore Cape Town from.

Plenty of room for our family and the flat had all the amenities we could want or need. The balcony was lovely and big, everything was immaculate when we arrived. Alles hat super geklappt! Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach, der check in problemlos auch schon einige Stunden vor der eigentlichen Check In Zeit möglich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kapstadt, man kann zu Fuß die Waterfront erreichen und es sind auch viele Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung war super. Als einzig negative war, dass es sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Mit dem Ventilator an der Decke konnten wir in der Nacht trotzdem sehr gut schlafen!

James was a pro-active and first class host. I could see the ocean from inside the unit. Location also in walking distance from supermarkets and promenade; and short Uber ride from CITCC and Two Oceans start and from V&A Waterfront.

We had a great stay at James place! The location was premium just a couple of feet away from the best restaurants in town and down the road from the ocean. Of course, this comes with a little bit of street and restaurant noise. The set-up of the apartment is perfect if you are looking for some private space. The communication and responsiveness of the host was amazing too. We had a little issue that was resolved within 24h. Overall, amazing place with great location and super responsive host! This was a great spot for my daughter and I to stay during our trip to Cape Town. TONS of restaurants and shops right outside the door (we especially loved the gelato places) and most importantly for me, felt very safe. It's a secure building, very clean, comfortable beds and very spacious inside with awesome views. It does include a secured parking spot, however I'd make sure that it's actually available if you need it. A neighbor took our spot when we needed it, but James was extremely responsive and apologetic, and we got it all resolved. James is a phenomenal host who was always available whenever needed and also willing to give suggestions on things to do as well. Absolutely recommend James and this place for your next stay!

The apartment looks beautiful and the large windows give you an amazing ocean view. The kitchen is very well equipped and the best supermarket is only about 100 meters away. We also went to the gym across the street every day, so the location is excellent. There are great cafés right on the street as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Wir waren zu dritt für ein paar Tage in der Wohnung und fanden die Unterkunft perfekt :) Durch die zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils angrenzendem Bad mit Dusche hat man genug Platz und Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Die Betten sind bequem. Es kann schon sehr warm werden, es stehen aber mehrere Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Die Lage fanden wir wirklich super! Direkt in Seapoint hat man zum einen einen schönen Blick auf Lionshead und das Meer. Außerdem gibt es in der Straße zahlreiche Cafes und Restaurants sowie Supermärkte. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen :)

We had an amazing stay. The flat is so well located but also peaceful and secure. There was plenty of space for us to work remotely for the week and it was super easy to visit supermarkets, bars/restaurants, and to catch a taxi to other places nearby. We would definitely stay again

We had a good stay at James's well-equipped apartment, and the communication with the host was excellent. The location is superb, centrally located in Sea Point with fantastic shops and restaurants nearby. However, we must emphasize that this apartment is not suitable for everyone. We visited during a extra hot late November. Being on the top floor with limited cross-ventilation, the apartment gets very hot, and there is no air conditioning. Crucially, a large solar inverter box inside the runs a noisy, high-pitched cooling fan all night. The self check-in process is also very complex, requiring a detailed, multi-step guide involving multiple codes for doors and gates, plus key box. We advise against checking in after dark, both because of the check-in process but also because the first access point is a narrow driveway that has some surrounding activity that some will feel as unsafe. If you are an experienced traveler and are not sensitive to heat or noise, you will be fine.

James and his team were absolutely fantastic. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication was excellent from the moment of booking. We were extremely impressed with how well-equipped the apartment was — and not to mention, absolutely beautiful! It has everything you need for both a short or long stay. Even though the apartment is located in a lively area, the soundproofing is excellent and you do not hear any noise. The location could not be better: just one block from a shopping mall with a supermarket, right above many bars and restaurants, and only a few blocks from the beach. It also offers easy access to all of Cape Town’s main attractions. Our experience could not have been better. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Cape Town.
