Located between Greenpoint and Seapoint, this apartment is in an ideal location and is close to numerous restaurants, deli's, cafe, bars and tourist attractions. You can walk to almost everything you need or take a short Uber to anything slightly further away. Only 300m away from the ocean and beautiful promenade for evening walks - this apartment really has it all. This apartment is situated in a peaceful street and apartment building. The space is open plan and offers a lounge/dining area which is also a great place to send some emails or use as your digital nomad base. The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and plenty of cupboard space. Feel free to use the hairdryer or washing machine or tumble dryer during your stay. The bathroom is modern with a very spacious walk-in shower. You will have private access to this apartment. I'm available should you need anything or would like me to recommend something for you. The Promenade is the gift that keeps giving. Evening walks/runs are a must. Watching the sunset from the prom is one of my favourite things to do in CT. You can walk almost everywhere from this apartment. For anything slightly further, jump into a cheap Uber. Please note that this property, as well as all other Airbnb's in Cape Town, experience load-shedding. It is a government-enforced cut-off of main power to certain areas at scheduled times during the day. We do offer the convenience of portable lamps during these periods which can also be used to charge your mobile devices. We do provide a battery to power the Wi-fi for 2 hours during these periods so you shall have internet. Additionally, we'll provide you with an app that sends notifications of scheduled power outages, so you can plan accordingly. We do provide enough Electricity for guest stays, a fair usage policy will apply to all reservations. For Stays of 8 nights or longer additional electricity may be for the guests account.View More
