The place was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, organized and easy to access.  The hosts were proactive and responses were timely.  We were able to walk most places, and on the rainy days, UBER was easily available and very affordable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bathroom door in the main bedroom is a bit awkward as it has a big gap in it so you have to lock the bedroom door. Security at the building was very helpful and polite.

The apartment was exactly as was described, the place was neat and clean, the beds were comfortable and the linen crisp. James and Shamiel are incredible hosts, respond to messages within minutes and directions and instructions to the apartment were clear. My daughter and I had a really good time, the apartment is very central, close to restaurants, shops and beaches and we will definitely be back when in the area again. The place is so amazing and aesthetically pleasing. I had a very good time there with my mother and it’s close to a lot of nice places. Helped us save money because we were walking to almost all the restaurants we went to. It was so clean as well.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Ideal location. Only addition would be to advise clients they can walk along the canal to the waterfront rather than through town as this is how google maps takes you. Also the door stop on the floor by the kitchen door is not ideal. I kicked my toe on it a few times. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Convenient for the centre of Cape Town and very handy to have secure parking, washing machine etc. Friendly security to welcome you. Communication with host was good. Note that a late check in (after 5:30 pm I believe) attracts a small fee. As per the advert lots of steps inside the flat so ensure you take note of that before booking. Overall a nice place to explore Cape Town from.

Plenty of room for our family and the flat had all the amenities we could want or need. The balcony was lovely and big, everything was immaculate when we arrived. Alles hat super geklappt! Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach, der check in problemlos auch schon einige Stunden vor der eigentlichen Check In Zeit möglich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kapstadt, man kann zu Fuß die Waterfront erreichen und es sind auch viele Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung war super. Als einzig negative war, dass es sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Mit dem Ventilator an der Decke konnten wir in der Nacht trotzdem sehr gut schlafen!

James was a pro-active and first class host. I could see the ocean from inside the unit. Location also in walking distance from supermarkets and promenade; and short Uber ride from CITCC and Two Oceans start and from V&A Waterfront.

We had a great stay at James place! The location was premium just a couple of feet away from the best restaurants in town and down the road from the ocean. Of course, this comes with a little bit of street and restaurant noise. The set-up of the apartment is perfect if you are looking for some private space. The communication and responsiveness of the host was amazing too. We had a little issue that was resolved within 24h. Overall, amazing place with great location and super responsive host! Tucked away from the noise and hustle of lower Sea Point, quiet surroundings with stunning views, yet walkable down to the main road and promenade within 10 minutes to access coffee shops, restaurants, bars. House was even better than shown in the pictures, looking forward to staying here again.

James and his team were wonderful hosts. From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully organised and they were always just a message away. James even arranged for his staff to help carry my luggage up the stairs, which was incredibly kind and appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning. The property sits right at the top, so the ocean view is spectacular and uninterrupted, with a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the front of the apartment - the perfect place to relax. The space was immaculately clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a lovely stay. I especially enjoyed the private terrace with real grass, which was such a unique touch, the pool was an added bonus. Even though I wasn’t feeling very well during part of my stay, the view and peaceful atmosphere kept me cheerful and made it easy to rest and unwind. Thank you, James, Eben and the team for such a lovely stay. I’m already planning my next visit and will definitely be back in Dec.

Wir hatten wirklich eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft in Green Point in Kapstadt. Für uns war es unser erster Besuch in Kapstadt und dafür war die Wohnung ideal. Die Wohnung hat einen großartigen Ausblick (Meerblick!), ist super hell, ist wahnsinnig geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns in der Lage in Green Point ebenfalls sehr sicher gefühlt und konnten von dort aus viele Highlights der Stadt superschnell erreichen (wir empfehlen einfach ein UBER zu nehmen, günstig und immer schnell verfügbar) Der kleine Garten im Hinterhof mit Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und ein guter Ort zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt mit James war ebenfalls sehr lobenswert - schnelle Antworten und immerzu hilfsbereit und bemüht unsere Anfragen sofort zu klären. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Süd-Afrika!

Das Haus hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht und die Lage in einer sehr guten Gegend. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider konnte man die Tür zum unteren Balkon nicht öffnen, da wird wohl eine Reparatur notwendig sein. Ansonsten wurde auf unsere Fragen sofort reagiert. This place is awesome. Hosts are really nice, quick to respond and help as much as possible. Inside the house, there's so much living space across multiple floors. The main living area is one big open-plan room with kitchen and amazing views. The views are an absolute highlight of this house. It's facing the sea so every room apart from one has one of its own from a slightly different angle. Even one of the showers!!! The house is so bright and airy, it lifts you up every time you walk in. Garden and pool are lovely. Yes, there are some small signs of wear and tear but these are tiny details that don't take away anything from the 5 star stay we had. We've stayed in about 40 different properties this year and this is definitely up there as one of our favourites.

This Airbnb is truly amazing! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself couldn’t have been more perfect. We felt at home the moment we arrived. James was incredibly flexible and kind, he even allowed us to adjust our travel dates due to a medical emergency, which we really appreciated. The interior is modern, cozy, and beautifully designed, and the kitchen is an absolute dream, stocked with everything you might need. Just a heads-up: there are quite a few stairs, but trust me, the view at the top is more than worth it 😍 All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’d book it again in a heartbeat and hope we get the chance to return soon!

Man merkt allerdings, dass die Unterkunft vermutlich bereits einmal inseriert wurde und wahrscheinlich aufgrund von schlechten Bewertungen neu inseriert wurde. Das Haus ist leider etwas abgenutzt, es gäbe Kleinigkeiten die man machen könnte um es deutlich zu verbessern. Die Lage ist super, cool eingerichtet. Aber die Badezimmer sind alt und waren verschmutzt. Das obere Badezimmer hat gestunken. Der Gartenbereich ist auch etwas lieblos und abgenutzt. Am letzten Abend ist das Wasser quasi ausgefallen, wir hatten kaum fließendes Wasser mehr…
