With high ceilings in the apartment and tasteful decor throughout, plus the Sea Point promenade just 5 minutes away, this home combines comfort and style for a memorable family escape Kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Lounge has a beautiful corner couch and a fireplace. There is also a study desk if you need to get any remote working done. Extra large main bedroom with a king size bed and make-up dresser. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a bunk bed perfect for the kids but can also comfortably sleep adults. There is one family bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. Outside there is a backyard with seating space. Please note that there is 1 flight of stairs from the parking spot to the front door. For stays of 8 nights or longer we can offer a complimentary weekly clean and linen change. This is a self-catering apartment and we do provide the essentials to get you started. Although the area is pretty safe extra precautions have been taken by putting anti-burglar bars on the windows, anti-burglar gates on all doors and electric fencing around the property backyard. The parking bay is not behind any gate so never leave any valuables visible in the car. We are pleased to provide ample electricity to ensure a comfortable stay. To support responsible energy use, a fair usage policy applies to all reservations. Excessive consumption beyond the included electricity allocation may be billed separately for the guest's account.
