Bathroom door in the main bedroom is a bit awkward as it has a big gap in it so you have to lock the bedroom door. Security at the building was very helpful and polite.

The place is so amazing and aesthetically pleasing. I had a very good time there with my mother and it’s close to a lot of nice places. Helped us save money because we were walking to almost all the restaurants we went to. It was so clean as well.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Ideal location. Only addition would be to advise clients they can walk along the canal to the waterfront rather than through town as this is how google maps takes you. Also the door stop on the floor by the kitchen door is not ideal. I kicked my toe on it a few times. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Convenient for the centre of Cape Town and very handy to have secure parking, washing machine etc. Friendly security to welcome you. Communication with host was good. Note that a late check in (after 5:30 pm I believe) attracts a small fee. As per the advert lots of steps inside the flat so ensure you take note of that before booking. Overall a nice place to explore Cape Town from.

Plenty of room for our family and the flat had all the amenities we could want or need. The balcony was lovely and big, everything was immaculate when we arrived. Alles hat super geklappt! Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach, der check in problemlos auch schon einige Stunden vor der eigentlichen Check In Zeit möglich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kapstadt, man kann zu Fuß die Waterfront erreichen und es sind auch viele Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung war super. Als einzig negative war, dass es sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Mit dem Ventilator an der Decke konnten wir in der Nacht trotzdem sehr gut schlafen!

James was a pro-active and first class host. I could see the ocean from inside the unit. Location also in walking distance from supermarkets and promenade; and short Uber ride from CITCC and Two Oceans start and from V&A Waterfront.

We had a great stay at James place! The location was premium just a couple of feet away from the best restaurants in town and down the road from the ocean. Of course, this comes with a little bit of street and restaurant noise. The set-up of the apartment is perfect if you are looking for some private space. The communication and responsiveness of the host was amazing too. We had a little issue that was resolved within 24h. Overall, amazing place with great location and super responsive host! Just stunning! Will definitely go back. We were happy with all conditions. The bed extremely soft but I guess better that way than hard hehe. My kids and us really enjoyed. Aircons work perfectly in both rooms. Washing machine available. Curtains are blockout. They have blow dryer, vacuum cleaner, washing line, shower gel, shampoo etc. very complete. My suggestion is that they just change the mattress to a medium soft with time. Overall an amazing spot and hosts were very accommodating.

Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Kapstadt und viele Attraktionen lassen sich gut erreichen. James war ein super Gastsgeber. Immer gut zu erreichen und der Check-in bzw die Anfahrt war hervorragend beschrieben. Auch der Mitarbeiter der Security am Empfang sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Sehr aufgeräumt und ohne viel SchnickSchmack. Als Familie sollte man Spielzeug mitbringen. Die Terrasse in der Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Genau wie der Pool und die Braai Area auf dem Dach. Der Blick ist unbeschreiblich und es ist alles tiptop sauber, obwohl es von vielen Leuten genutzt wird. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely loved it here! The apartment feels extremely safe with an incredible security system.  The patio and rooftop are worth every penny. The place is spacious and well laid out. The beds are also super comfy! The location is perfect as you are perfectly situated between Seapoint and town.

The apartment was perfectly situated within a short walk of the V&A waterfront. Great security. Apartment was absolutely spotless, huge balcony and the rooftop pool was brilliant. James was really helpful and replied very quickly to any queries I had. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Place looks like the photos. Balcony is wonderful. Water pressure for showers were great. Bedrooms were comfortable. The bedroom I slept in I liked but it’s a soft bed - so for those who don’t like that, it wouldn’t be ideal but I slept like a baby. You get 2 secured garage parking spots. About 5 min drive to waterfront. 10 mins to sea point and 15 minutes to camps bay. So location was great. It felt safe. I personally found the facial recognition for each individual to be annoying, especially because ours “expired” before our check out time so we couldn’t get down the elevator, but for those that appreciate extra security, you’ll definitely feel safe. Air con in both rooms was fantastic! The pool roof was a really nice added bonus, the views were stunning, the water in the pool wasn’t great. Super cloudy so didn’t feel the cleanest. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this spot for a few days in Cape Town! Thanks for accommodating us :)
