Bathroom door in the main bedroom is a bit awkward as it has a big gap in it so you have to lock the bedroom door. Security at the building was very helpful and polite.

James and Shamiel are incredible hosts, respond to messages within minutes and directions and instructions to the apartment were clear. My daughter and I had a really good time, the apartment is very central, close to restaurants, shops and beaches and we will definitely be back when in the area again. The place is so amazing and aesthetically pleasing. I had a very good time there with my mother and it’s close to a lot of nice places. Helped us save money because we were walking to almost all the restaurants we went to. It was so clean as well.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Ideal location. Only addition would be to advise clients they can walk along the canal to the waterfront rather than through town as this is how google maps takes you. Also the door stop on the floor by the kitchen door is not ideal. I kicked my toe on it a few times. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Convenient for the centre of Cape Town and very handy to have secure parking, washing machine etc. Friendly security to welcome you. Communication with host was good. Note that a late check in (after 5:30 pm I believe) attracts a small fee. As per the advert lots of steps inside the flat so ensure you take note of that before booking. Overall a nice place to explore Cape Town from.

Plenty of room for our family and the flat had all the amenities we could want or need. The balcony was lovely and big, everything was immaculate when we arrived. Alles hat super geklappt! Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach, der check in problemlos auch schon einige Stunden vor der eigentlichen Check In Zeit möglich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kapstadt, man kann zu Fuß die Waterfront erreichen und es sind auch viele Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung war super. Als einzig negative war, dass es sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Mit dem Ventilator an der Decke konnten wir in der Nacht trotzdem sehr gut schlafen!

James was a pro-active and first class host. I could see the ocean from inside the unit. Location also in walking distance from supermarkets and promenade; and short Uber ride from CITCC and Two Oceans start and from V&A Waterfront.

We had a great stay at James place! The location was premium just a couple of feet away from the best restaurants in town and down the road from the ocean. Of course, this comes with a little bit of street and restaurant noise. The set-up of the apartment is perfect if you are looking for some private space. The communication and responsiveness of the host was amazing too. We had a little issue that was resolved within 24h. Overall, amazing place with great location and super responsive host! 한국분들 중에서 그린포인트에 머무실 계획이 있으시다면 추천을 드립니다. 이유는 다음과 같습니다. 1. 입지가 좋습니다. 씨포인트를 걸어서 이동이 가능, 우버로 워러프론트에 5분이내 가능. 2. 울워스와 마트가 도보2분이내에 있으며 낮시간에 여자 혼자 이동해도 안전합니다. 3. 호스트 제임스가 충분한 전기를 공급하기때문에 한국에서 생활하는 것처럼 똑같이 자유롭게 사용가능합니다. 4. 아침에 새소리와 따스한 햇빛으로 아침을 맞이할 수 있습니다. 5. 다이닝룸에 테이블이 크고 LG TV가 있습니다. 6. 1층에 씨큐리티분들이 친절합니다. 7. 제임스(호스트)는 매우 친절합니다. 8.안전합니다. 9.옷장이 크고 옷걸이가 많습니다. 10. 거실과 주방이 넓고 화장실에 욕조가 있습니다 11. 바퀴벌레가 없습니다. 그외에 아쉬운점은 현대식 도어락에 익숙한 한국인들에게는 익숙하지 않는 수동 이중도어 시스템.(적응되면 괜찮아요 처음에는 쉽지 않습니다) 청소가 미흡한 연식 있는 LG세탁기. 4일 머무는 동안 화장실 휴지 1개. 주전자에 채워져있는 버리지 않은 물. 냉장고에 청소안된 정수기 물. 현관문의 유리가 투명한데 비닐로만 붙여져 있어서 신경이 쓰인점. 베란다에 파리가 많아서 문을 열지 못했던 점이 아쉬움. 옆집에 청소할때 대화가 클수록 있지만 그들의 이하는 방식(스트레스 해소) 가끔 청소한다고 밖에서 창문을 닦을 수 있으니 놀라지 않으셔도 됩니다. 보통 낮시간에 이루어집니다. 되도록이면 밤에는 다니지 마시고 오후 6시안에는 숙소에 도착하시는 것을 추천드립니다.
